Awesome people.
That’s who we had the honor of photographing for this 18-page spread in the July issue of Celebrate Arkansas magazine. Nominated by the magazine’s readership, these sixteen were chosen due to their vision for and impact in shaping the future of our community.
Photographed over two days, we had twenty minutes with each person. Our instructions from the awesome folks at Celebrate Arkansas were basically “photograph them kind of like a GQ cover and capture their entire essence in one image”. NO. PROBLEM.
We actually spent about half our time chatting with the “models” about their work, their lifestyle and getting to know who they are as people. They made it incredibly easy, and after our talks – we knew just how to photograph them. We found two things they all had in common. They were so honored to have been chosen… and they all had a firm handshake.
