We’ve learned a very important lesson over the past few years of wintering in rural Missouri: if you live outside the city limits and lose electricity – you’re low on the list of priorities. So, after eight days without electricity at our home in the last ice storm, we decided to get out of town before this blizzard hit. Hello Oklahoma. Hello wood heat and family with honkin’ big trucks and backhoes. Hello dozens and dozens of farmfresh eggs. I could learn to like this.
This week we’re back home and getting back into the groove of work. One new thing? Our updated facebook page! Have you been there? Do you like us yet? Big contest announcement coming on Valentines day!!!
